Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing or sent via e-mail, to the Camp Directors.
  • Soccer, Etc. International does not issue cash refunds.
  • Instead, the Company will issue a Credit to cover the cost of the Camp, less a Non-Refundable Administration Fee of $55-00.  This Administration Fee applies to each registration received.
  • If cancellation is made 14 days or more before Camp is scheduled to begin, a Credit will apply, less the $55.00 Non-Refundable Administration Fee.
  • If cancellation is made 13 days or less from the beginning of Camp, a Credit will be issued, less an $85-00 Non-Refundable Administration Fee.
  • Soccer, Etc. International will not issue a Credit for a withdrawal once Camp has begun.
  • Credits can be applied towards entry fees to any other Soccer, Etc. International Camp offered during Summer, Winter or Spring seasons.
  • Credits may be transferred to an immediate family member.
  • Soccer, Etc. International will not issue Credit to any camper who has been expelled from, or has voluntarily withdrawn from Camp for whatever reason.
  • The Camp Directors’ decision on all cancellations and Credit refunds is final.
