**All Walk-On Campers and registrations received less than two weeks before the beginning of the camp you are registering for will be charged a $20.00 late fee, over and above the camp fee listed in our brochure or on our website.

 

** Sibling Discount - First child pays full price; thereafter, a $10.00 discount per sibling applies.

 

** Soccer, Etc. International Camps are open to all players aged 6 through 18.  Players are grouped by age and ability.

 

**All Campers receive a Camp T-shirt, an 8” x 10” full color Group Photo and a Certificate of Participation.

 

 

 

SOCCER, ETC. INTERNATIONAL CAMPS, CANCELLATION POLICY

 

¨ All cancellations must be made in writing or sent via e-mail, to the Camp Directors.

 

¨ Soccer, Etc. International does not issue cash refunds.

 

¨  Instead, the Company will issue a Credit to cover the cost of the Camp, less a Non-Refundable Administration Fee of $55-00.  This Administration Fee applies to each registration received.

 

¨ If cancellation is made 14 days or more before Camp is scheduled to begin, a Credit will apply, less the $55.00 Non-Refundable Administration Fee.

 

¨ If cancellation is made 13 days or less from the beginning of Camp, a Credit will be issued, less an $85-00 Non-Refundable Administration Fee.

 

¨ Soccer, Etc. International will not issue a Credit for a withdrawal once Camp has begun.

 

¨ Credits can be applied towards entry fees to any other Soccer, Etc. International Camp offered during the Summer, Winter or Spring seasons.

 

¨ Credits may be transferred to an immediate family member.

 

¨ Soccer, Etc. International will not issue Credit to any camper who has been expelled from, or has voluntarily withdrawn from Camp for whatever reason.

 

¨ The Camp Directors’ decision on all cancellations and Credit refunds is final.

 

 

For campers attending Occidental camps only, kindly download and complete the 4 attached forms (required by Occidental College) and bring them with you on the first day of camp.  Please note that Occidental requires one set of documents per child.  Directions to Oxy and a map of the campus, can be viewed and/or printed from website at www.oxy.edu .

 

Remember, campers should wear soccer shirt, shorts, socks, cleats, and shin guards.  They should also bring a soccer ball, lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, bathing suit and towel.  Drop off is at 9 am at the soccer field and pick-up is at 4 pm at the swimming pool.  Please make sure you walk thru the Athletic Bldg. and enter the swimming pool at the door below the stairs.  Do not enter thru the glass door at the street level.
